Estimate engine for local service businesses

Send quotes faster. Win jobs before your competitors reply.

Quotefront lets prospects upload job details and photos, then turns the request into a structured estimate range and a follow-up-ready lead: before you've even picked up the phone.

Not a chatbot. Not a dashboard. A quote request that qualifies itself.

The problem

Manual estimates leak revenue.

Every hour between "can I get a quote?" and a number in the prospect's inbox is an hour someone else can win the job.

Requests arrive half-empty. Prospects ask for quotes with missing details, no photos, no measurements, no clear scope.

Your team plays detective. Staff spend hours chasing photos, dimensions, and access details before a quote can even start.

Quotes take too long to send. By the time the number goes out, the prospect has already heard back from someone faster.

Leads go cold in the inbox. Enquiries sit unanswered, nobody follows up, and the job quietly disappears.

The fix

A quote request that does the first pass for you.

Instead of an empty contact form, your prospects get a guided intake that gathers what you actually need to price the job.

📋

Captures the right details upfront

Trade-specific questions collect scope, dimensions, materials, and access: before anyone picks up the phone.

📸

Accepts job photos and files

Prospects snap photos on their phone and attach them in seconds. No more "can you email me a picture?"

🧮

Creates a ballpark estimate range

Your pricing logic turns the details into an honest estimate range: a starting point, never a locked-in final price.

📨

Sends you a clean lead summary

You get one tidy email: scope, photos, estimate range, and a recommended next step. Ready to follow up.

How it works

From messy enquiry to qualified lead in three steps.

STEP 01

Customer submits the job

They open your branded quote page, answer a short set of questions built for your trade, and upload photos of the job: all from their phone.

STEP 02

AI structures the request

The system organizes the details into a clean scope, flags anything missing, and generates a ballpark estimate range using your pricing rules.

STEP 03

You get a qualified lead

A summary lands in your inbox with everything attached. You send the final quote, book an inspection, or call back: with the first pass already done.

After

Every enquiry arrives with scope, photos, estimate range, and a next-step recommendation.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Does this replace final quoting?
No, and it's not meant to. The system produces an honest ballpark range so prospects know they're in the right conversation, and so you can prioritize. The final quote is always yours, sent after you've reviewed the details or done an inspection.
Can it work for my trade?
If you write estimates manually today, almost certainly. Roofing, painting, landscaping, fencing, cleaning, and paving are the most common fits, but the intake questions and estimate logic are custom-built per business, so unusual services work too. The demo call is where we confirm fit.
Can I customize the pricing rules?
Yes. The estimate ranges come from your rules. Your per-square-foot rates, material tiers, minimum job sizes, and surcharges. You can adjust them any time, and the ranges are always labelled as estimates pending your final quote.
Does it work on mobile?
It's built mobile-first. Most of your prospects will find you on their phone, snap photos of the job on the spot, and submit from the driveway. The owner summary and admin view work on mobile too.
What happens after someone submits?
Three things, immediately: the prospect sees their ballpark range and a clear "we'll be in touch" confirmation; you get an email with the full lead summary and photos; and the request is saved to your lead database with a recommended next step: send quote, book inspection, or call to clarify.
